ARM STAFF BIOGRAPHY 
Henry Kweens Data Processing Specialist Henry Kweens has been employed with ARM since 2003. As the principal data processing specialist, Henry updates and maintains all customer databases using ARM's proprietary Rangecam software system. His comprehensive knowledge of the RangeCam software has been a valuable asset to ARM's operations. Henry's expertise is critical in allowing ARM's customers to review and utilize the updated databases using a customized version of the software. Some of the maintenance issues addressed by Henry include managing database size, configuring grinding templates, updating and debugging multiple versions of software and creation of customer data delivered on optical media. He also plays a vital role in supporting ARM customers using Rangecam by phone, e-mail, and web enabled remote meetings. Mr. Kweens has gained extremely valuable insight into the field operations on numerous occasions working with ARM Field Staff on the optical collection vehicle and also with customers of ARM. In addition to Henry’s job as data processing specialist, he also handles filing of records, databases and reports, as well as hardware maintenance and repair at the Yorkton office. Each year Henry attends the annual ARM Convention, assisting with the technical aspects of the presentations of all the attending speakers.
