Jeffrey Schweisthal Rail Maintenance & Grinding Specialist Jeff Schweisthal brings more than 18 years of experience in the operation and supervision of rail grinding programs to the team at Advanced Rail Management. As Rail Maintenence and Grinding Specialist, Mr. Schweisthal employs his extensive experience in managing rail grinding operations and in the operation and maintenance of rail grinding equipment. He is a key player in the delivery of ARM's turnkey maintenance solution. Before joining ARM, he worked for Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc., for 15 years, operating and maintaining rail grinding equipment. Since joining ARM five years ago, he has managed turnkey rail grinding operations on the Boston (MBTA),SCRRA/Metrolink, San Jose VTA, and San Diego (SDTI) transit systems and several freight railways, as well. His background in the operation and maintenance of rail grinding equipment enables him to determine the capabilities and assess the performance of various grinding units and to effectively troubleshoot problems in the field.
