ARM STAFF BIOGRAPHY 
Shane A. Kweens Data Processing Coordinator As Data Processing Coordinator, Shane Kweens is in charge of processing and maintaining the massive amount of information gathered by by ARM field staff. As a long-time Team Member his experience spans the areas of staff training, server software and hardware management and marketing support. Shane has been involved in all field and office aspects of the companies turn-key rail service on many heavy haul and transit rail systems. Starting with ARM in 2002 as an Optical Rail Technician, he has gained valuable experience with rail profile measurement hardware and field system software. Shane’s blend of soft skills and technical aptitude allowed him a quick transition into the company's Data Processing Coordinator position. His duties have evolved to include high level data and software support along with reporting and data analysis functions for internal company clients and customers. Examples of Mr. Kweens duties include: responsibility for all reporting and processed optical data, supervising and training field staff in the area of data gathering. He also plays a key role in the technology side of the operation supporting company computer/server/network systems, custom software development and implementation, procedure development and documentation, technical and database support for field staff, and archiving/organization of historical data. He is responsible for remote office management and seminar/marketing support. Shane has experience outside the office as well, supporting in-the-field staff in data gathering operations. Mr. Kweens holds a Marketing Diploma and a Business Administration Diploma from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology.
