ARM STAFF BIOGRAPHY Terry A. Fowler Optical Rail Measurement Specialist  Terry Fowler brings over a decade of rail maintenance and profile measurement know-how to the ARM Team. As ARM's Optical Rail Measurement Specialist he is the man responsible for accurate and timely collection of rail data. He is the primary operator of the ORMV-2, our custom equipped Hi-Rail vehicle. Terry's understanding and experience with rail profile measurement hardware and software ensure that the highest quality data is collected and stored in the ORMV-2 onboard systems. In addition, Mr. Fowler's experience track geometry data gathering techniques on North American and Canadian railways makes him a key team member responsible for operation of ARM's new Track Geometry Vehicle. The vehicle is able to capture track geometry data and collate that data with rail profile and track condition data. Terry's background in safety practices and operation of heavy equipment and trucks are an excellent addition to his high level of practical experience.
