ARM CONSULTANT BIOGRAPHY

Thomas A. Turner
Program Manager


Mr. Turner brings a wealth of organizational experience and ability to the ARM Team. As Program Manager he plays a key role in the planning and logistics of field operations. Tom's ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management on the client side makes him a vital part of the ARM Team.

Mr. Turner has more than 30 years of experience as a Project Manager and 10 years experience as Deputy Director of Rail Systems for The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA). He has also been involved in various projects that enhanced the wheel rail interface and extend the life of the rail. Tom headed up the Maintenance of Way Department At MBTA, supervising and directing a staff of 220.

Prior to joining the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority staff. Mr. Turner had a 30 year management career in the retail industry with BJ's Wholesale Club and Purity Supreme, Inc.. as head of their respective maintenance departments.
